Three Mills, the Bow Back Rivers & 2012 Games London

Went on another walk in the afternoon today, in conjunction with London Walks and the Inland Water Association, going around the rivers of East London around the Olympic Games site. And how interesting! It was almost unreal how much nature exists within a stone's throw of the City. Helped by an excellent guide, it was a brilliant afternoon's walking.
